Project Strategist
Lindsey helps guide client projects from concept through execution. She works closely with clients to coordinate timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events are implemented effectively.
With over a decade of experience in marketing, event management, and community partnerships, Lindsey brings a strong ability to organize complex projects and keep teams aligned. Her background includes work with organizations such as Findlay Toyota, Northland Hospice, and Peter Piper Pizza, as well as supporting digital and social media initiatives in Flagstaff. Lindsey’s collaborative approach and attention to detail help ensure Cultural Sponge projects move smoothly from strategy to successful delivery.
Carmen Martin
Senior Graphic Designer
Carmen is our graphic designer, specializing in print design. She also supports Franklin on projects with her web design knowledge.
Carmen had over ten years experience as lead designer at Alpha Graphics. Carmen has extensive knowledge setting up files for print as well as being a talented graphic designer. She enjoys designing brands/logos, advertisements and multipage publications. Carmen’s professional design is eye catching and attracts target markets.
